Jacque (pronounced Jackie) Vaughan’s dream (her/she) has always been to buy, renovate and sell houses. Living in three states prior to Virginia, she decided to relocate to the River City. Here she took advantage of the affordable housing, and robust job market. Buying and renovating various investment properties herself, her love for Richmond real estate quickly grew.

Since 2013, Jacque has leveraged her experience as an award-winning hospitality sales manager to cater to clients with outstanding customer service, skilled negotiations and personal touches. She creates positive experiences by epitomizing integrity, hard work, and creativity in every step of each real estate transaction.  She understands that each home sale or purchase is about the client, not the agent.

Jacque is a graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor in Business Administration Marketing.  Her persistence, spot on home value analysis, technology influenced marketing plans and vision for home staging brings peace of mind to those who have struggled to sell their home in the past.

She maintains committed to education by regularly attending training and national conferences to stay abreast of real estate trends.

After paying off a lot of student loans, Jacque is debt free (besides mortgage debt).  In her free time, Jacque enjoys spending time with her family, attending festivals, visiting parks and volunteering.
